Chris, from Airtron Heating And Air Conditioning, recently performed routine inspection and cleaning of the Trane heat pump at our residence. He was very knowledgable of heat pump servicing, had a great attitude, and was easy to communicate with. His work was thorough and time consuming, even though the charges were not excessive. I will use Airtron for all servicing of our unit in the future!
Tito gave us a very reasonable quote for our new heating and air conditioning system last year (2021). After a few other quotes from different contractors came, my wife and I decided to go with Airtron. Tito was very honest and patient in answering all of our questions unlike the other contractors that we met. He was very responsive and professional throughtout the whole process (from when we get the quote, installation, processing the permit, etc.). He also included a FREE Nest-E with our installation. Tito and Chris from Airtron did a fantastic job replacing my furnace and inspected our ducts to prepare us for the HERS test. They performed their work with care, consideration and transparency. No upselling whatsoever. Airtron is also listed on Trane website. I'm glad they came to help us out. They are really busy but never rushy. I'm grateful for their service!
We have a large HVAC system but never had correct air flow in different rooms. To fix the problem, I called a few companies, and among them I liked the AIRTRON HEATING AND AC and their technician Chris Fernandez. He was very courteous, honest and hard worker. Unlike other companies' technicians, he crawled under the house, checked all the ducts and took some pictures to identify the problems and then, together, we agreed on a redesigned duct system. During all this time, he was open to ideas and a good communicator. At the end he came up with the best plan and the best price as well. We are very satisfied with his job and honesty. I have to confess, being an engineer, I am difficult to please.
