A/C MAINTENANCE
Our A/C maintenance tune-up special will expand the average life of the condenser, create better efficiency and keep the unit safe from damage.
We service condensing coils with proper chemicals, clean all contacts and wire brush for dependability, repair any tourn insulation at copper line, check pressure for accurate levels of refrigerant, inspect capacitor for accurate electrical current and replace if needed. We inspect and supply accurate cooling temperature readings, level the A/C pad (if required), change out the air filter, iInspect pressure and give recommendations for further safety and reliability.
FURNACE MAINTENANCE
Our furnace maintenance tune up and safety inspection increases durability, safety and efficiency.
Our inspection includes furnace inspection, furnace cabinet cleaning, checking for gas leaks, and removing/refurnishing gas orifices and manifold. We take care to wire brush all electrical contacts, inspect the blower capacitor and replace if needed, inspect the heat exchanger for any carbon monoxide leaks, clean the flame sensor and inspect the blower motor, replace the filter and calibrate the thermostat.
